Siblings ‘Love Guru’

The elder brother Prashanthraj and younger Naveen are making debut as director and producer from ‘Love Guru’ Kannada cinema starring Tarun and Radhika Pandit.

Love is for all seasons and Love is in all stages in life – director Prashanthraj working hard in the Mumbai film and ad world – with ‘Raaz’ of Mahesh Bhat he stayed in various groups for three years is fulfilling his long lasting dream of making a Kannada cinema. Each one has love interest in life. There are three youths in ‘Love Guru’ played by Tarun, Radhika Pandit and Dilipraj – all the three have done excellent job. One is city bred, another is bubbly and one more youngster is stylish city youth. The talkie was shot in corporate houses. This film will be liked even by a small child says the confident looking Prashanthraj. The screenplay is different here and emotions are given prominence in the lively portrayal of all the characters added Prashanthraj.

Prashanthraj was pestering his younger brother on his intentions of making a Kannada film and Naveen finding the worthwhile in his elder brother approved for this love sentiment film shot in 45 days in which 3 songs were captured in foreign locations. This is not a usual film promises Naveen at the audio release of ‘Love Guru’ at KSCA club recently.

After ‘Arasu’ Joshua Sridhar has scored the music for this Kannada film. He informed that lyrics are very well written and Prashanthraj is a potential director.

Actor Tarun says the film is very close to his heart. There are many good points and sequences. Love Guru is nothing but expression. In various places and stages we express love and what I was seven years ago is there on the screen. I had to cut down 8 kilograms of weight and my hairstyle is similar to my college days expressed Tarun.

Radhika Pandit opines this film has positive vibrations and associate with many people. The attitude is good and opportunity to exhibit talent there was ample scope she feels.

Cameraman Gnanamurthy also spoke on the audio release function. Veteran journalist RG Vijayasarathy conducted the audio release function.
